  • Which suspension types are compatible with Cleral scales?

    Almost all suspension types including air ride, spring ride, walking beam, single drive axle, and auxiliary lift axle types.

  • Which truck types are compatible with Cleral scales?

    Almost all heavy-duty trucks and tractors along with many medium duty trucks.

  • Which Cleral scales have built-in Wi-Fi?

    All Cleral scales are Wi-Fi enabled.


    Sentinel comes with standard Wi-Fi. Kiload K4 and Reflex come with built-in Wi-Fi and/or can be hard-wired.

  • How often do scales need to be re-calibrated?

    Cleral weighing systems do not require routine re-calibration. Like any other piece of equipment on the truck, they should be checked periodically (suggested every six months) for accuracy. 


    Re-calibration will be required if an obvious weight discrepancy is noted or an error message is being displayed.

  • What customer support options are available for Cleral scales?

    Customer service is extremely important to us. It’s important that you are prepared to share specific information about your problems (an error message code for example) and follow our customer service steps so we can quickly and efficiently help you find the solution.

    Many issues can be diagnosed and solved over the phone. For this reason, we recommend that you encourage drivers to call customer support directly while they are experiencing problems on the job.

  • Where can I get a Cleral scale installed?

    Any reputable truck service facility can install your Cleral weighing system. Self-installation is also an option. Contact us to learn more about self-install instructions.

  • Where can I buy a Cleral scale?

    Cleral systems are currently available through a select group of OEM’s and through many more truck and trailer dealers across the US. We recommend you ask your local truck or trailer dealer to contact us if they aren’t already a part of our network.

  • How will temperature impact the performance of the scale?

    Temperature can impact weight readings on mechanical suspension systems but can be quickly resolved by performing a Tare function on your system.

  • How do I self diagnose error messages for my on-board scale?

    Your users’ manual has a trouble shooting section that includes explanations for error messages on the display screen. 


    If you are unable to self-diagnose the error message, contact the dealer who originally sold your system.

  • Where can I get my Cleral scale repaired?

    Repairs should be managed through the dealer where you originally purchased your Cleral scale. 


    Or, by contacting Cleral-USA at 1(866)901-7372 for instructions regarding warranty, returns, or factory repairs. Replacement parts are readily available and usually can be shipped the next day.

  • Where can I get user manuals and self-installation literature?

    Your Cleral scale originally came with a users’ manual.

  • What is Cleral’s warranty?

    Cleral Products come with a 1 year parts warranty.
