Kiload K4 is the 4th generation of Cleral’s economical axle weight monitoring systems accessible to all budgets. This all-in-one device directly integrates air sensors, along with the same maintenance-free axle sensors that Cleral has built its reputation on developing for the transportation industry. 

The K4 allows most trucks with spring ride, walking beam, and air ride suspensions to be equipped easily and without modification to the vehicle. The K4's fixed in-cab display also comes with Wi-Fi and can communicate wirelessly with sensors on both the truck and semi-trailer making it the right choice for fleets where multiple tractor pairing is needed. The monitor’s size and OLED display allow for installation almost anywhere in the cab and simultaneously shows GVW and individual axle weights with 99% accuracy. Standard options include, RS232 data port, printer port, target weight alert and is box alert ready. 

The K4 is available with Cleral’s SIM System option which fully automates and electronically controls all axillary axle functions for proper weight distribution without the need for driver intervention and is SPIF compliant. K4 also comes ready to add Cleral’s new patented Box Alert system which warns operators if the dump box is raised or a tailgate is not shut and locked before moving the vehicle beyond a preset MPH.
