Chassis or trailer mounted weighing system

The Reflex uses the same unique sensor technology that has been developed by Cleral for the transportation industry. Reflex can also be upgraded to the Reflex Pro to automate auxiliary axle groups on both trucks and trailers or can be used as a Suspension Intelligent Management System (SIM System) which is fully SPIF Compliant. 


The Reflex SIM is an onboard weighing system in addition to a powerful embedded computerized load distributor. It assesses the weight of each axle and then distributes the weight dynamically, according to regulations and or operating preferences, by controlling the air pressure of the auxiliary axle(s). 


Reflex regulates the air pressure according to a predetermined weight conditions. If the weight limit is met, Reflex will adjust the lift axle pressure to meet weight distribution regulations. Reflex will manage three groups of auxiliary axles independently. Each group can be individually parametrized to meets its technical requirements. All this is managed by Cleral’s SIM System and does not require the operator’s involvement. Installation time for the Reflex system will vary depending on the application.
